Whether you need to deposit funds into your trading account or to request a fund withdrawal, we have provided the steps you will need to take below. Please contact us if you have any questions.
Deposit Funds
Customer accounts are held with various Futures Commission Merchants (FCM) that we work with.
To get the proper funding instructions, please fill out the form below to receive proper funding instructions.
You may fund your account via Bank Wire or Account Transfer. The FCM does NOT accept account deposits via credit cards, money orders, checks or cashier’s checks. Regardless of the method of funding you choose, please keep in mind that the FCM does not accept third party funds.
The originator of the funds must always be the name or names listed as the account owner.
Please be aware that FCMs has a strict AML (Anti Money Laundering) guideline, including restrictions on multiple wire-ins to the same account.
Please make sure your account is open prior to funding. It is against regulations to keep unapplied funds and the FCM will return to you any third party funds, money orders or starter checks.
Withdraw Funds
To help protect customer funds, identity, and enhance cybersecurity, we require customers to fill out the form below to request a fund withdrawal.
Once received, we will confirm the customers identity before releasing any funds.
Please be aware that FCMs have a strict AML (Anti Money Laundering) guideline, including restrictions on multiple wire-outs from the same account.
The originator of the funds must always be the name or names listed as the account owner.
